Slow service nothings in order
This branch is a perfect example of baristas who are just not appreciative of what their jobs and vent it out on customers. When I was at the store, a female barista with tatoos on her arms (to describe the person I encountered) told me right away that they will work according to their phase because its summer and they don’t have ac working in their store! This attitude towards customers is just pathetic and lazy! Starbucks needs to get their acts together before its too late.
It’s a pleasure to visit this Starbucks for a cup of coffee or for breakfast when passing through town on boston Post Road in Mamaroneck.
This is a bad Starbucks location. In the past I have had numerous mistakes and delays on orders. I have also seen rats in the parking lot. Today I went in and they had made only one of the two drinks from my order. When I politely inquired about the missing drink, I was given attitude by the older gentleman working there. His coworker found the order sticker still in the machine. This older gentleman then passive-aggressively took other orders and made other mobile orders without turning to my drink. I visited this Starbucks location yesterday to pick up a mobile order, and as I entered I came across a Starbucks manager screaming at an employee. This is extremely unprofessional in a work setting place and should not be happening infront of customers. Made everyone around feel super uncomfortable and I felt awful for the employee. Seriously, handle this stuff in the back.
