It’s a hit or miss. This is the second time my drink is half a cup of cold foam and barely any coffee. I pay a lot of money for this venti to only have to come home and fix it. This is the second time this happens to me on a Saturday morning. Any other time they have made it perfectly so maybe it’s whoever is there on Saturday mornings.
The service and drink preparation at this location are very inconsistent. I regularly order my drink with the brown sugar syrup on the side instead of mixed into the drink because I like to control the sweetness myself. I’ve been able to order it this way many times without any issues. However, today a staff member named Hibbah told me they are not allowed to serve the syrup on the side. Like other reviews have said, do yourself a favor and don’t order through the app. This isn’t a Starbucks issue, it’s an issue with this location. I ordered ahead through the app to make things easier for both me and the staff. After waiting about five minutes in the drive-thru line, I got to the window only to be told to circle back around and wait in line all over again.
