They recently implemented a policy where they refuse to give you a glass of water unless you also purchase something. It’s changed my entire opinion of this company and now I see them for the greedy monsters they are.
Apart from always being busy, this place needs a decent clean. Windows and doors are filthy. Bathroom is just as bad.
Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. Placed an order in the app for 3 items (2 non-cooked food items, 1 iced drink). Pulled into the drive thru and was told that they had to check to see if one of the food items was in stock, confirmed it was. There were 3 cars ahead of me. From the time I got in line until I pulled up to the window 20 minutes had passed - that’s crazy alone.
