I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the employees, Stefano. While I was looking for my gift card to pay, Stefano made an unnecessary comment about me not having my payment ready and spoke to me in a disrespectful tone throughout the interaction. 05/11/25. I pre-ordered a grande skinny vanilla latte with sugar-free splenda via mobile app to save time. I sat in the drive thru 40 minutes. Then, there was no sugarfee vanilla syrup & no splenda. Although I was charged for the syrup, there was no way I was going to go back to get the order fixed. This was the 2nd time it took forever to get a drink at the Barcroft Starbucks. It used to be great!
