I usually love Starbucks but this location has issues. Messed my drink up. Delivered it. Then (two mins later) kicked me out and closed three hours before the signage says. I don’t recommend, although the lobby was spacious and nice.
It's Starbucks, so it should be the same experience every time, but when they get busy, they skimp on service and quality.
They are so rude to the customer they don’t get the order correctly and after we tell them that the order was not correct they slam the window with a bad attitude
They have this drink called the mango dream and it is so delicious
This location can’t make a matcha latte or read the sticker/ticket to save their life. Every time I order my usual, a grande matcha latte with vanilla cold foam and 4 scoops matcha powder (versus the standard 3), at this location, it is made incorrectly 80% of the time. I don’t have this problem at other locations, but this is the closest Starbucks to my house. Today I had that same problem.
