Waited so long for my order that I had to leave due to being late for work and they still got it wrong
This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Unfortunately, the music is too loud, which makes customers uncomfortable and affects the overall experience. I hope the management will consider lowering the volume so customers can relax and enjoy their time here
I visited this Starbucks today Monday October 5th around 10:15 AM at the drive-through. I asked if I could use the Free Mod Monday promotion. The employee stated that she needed to scan my app. She explained that I only had 12 points and could not use it. I explained that I understood my points balance, but Free Mod Monday is not a points redemption and a company wide promotion. I came here with my wife on September 30th, 2026. The service was amazing. We got 2 pies and a guy with a beanie came out and served it to us with whipped cream. Overall a great store. Everyone there was amazing and super nice and friendly. I would love to come back anytime I go out to lunch with my wife.
I recently ordered an iced coffee with creamer and 3 pumps of vanilla, but what I received was basically all milk. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue here. The employees at the drive-thru also have a consistently poor attitude, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend coming here based on my experience.
