I have had consistent quality issues with this store over the last year, but today was the final straw. While the (male) staff member who interacted with me was very nice and apologetic, my order was not only made incorrectly but did not taste good when it was correct. My iced London Fog latte was lukewarm, contained no ice whatsoever, and tasted like vaguely milky water - not an issue I have had at any other Starbucks, but one I have had repeatedly with the same drink at this location. I come here all the time and the workers are really nice. They are amazing but they are almost every time they are busy so just bear with them, but it is worth it. I do recommend.
Out and about on this Sunday morning, as I wanted to get some errands done before we hit a crazy 82° here in the DMV! Since morning errands are the goal, we decided to hit up Starbucks instead of brewing our usual pot of Starbucks Sumatra at home, and to make it quicker, we decided go through the drive-through.
