One of the only reasons why I like coming to this location is because of Mekdes. If I could give her 5 stars I would. She is the funniest and sweetest Barista I’ve known to date. She cares and it shows when she even asks about how my baby is doing. Otherwise, this SB location has a lot of young people working there now. This new generation of workers really needs to step it up with their customer service skills. Making direct eye contact and greeting customers politely goes a long way anywhere.
The customer service here so disregard customers. every time I order on the mobile app but today i order coffee Espresso shots at drive through the lady take my order and I said cần I have a 4 shots espresso maybe my English is not good because i am Vietnamese that’s why she don’t understand and she laugh me. mem isn’t funny when you service customers like that. so you need need to lean how to service customers. u have to respect customers and they respect u ok. when I get at the window to pick up my coffee and other lady sh... read more
