I've been here so many times thinking maybe things would be different or maybe the people working had a bad day.... So in other words I've given so many damn chances to these people.... The drive through lady is always rude. And it’s always in the afternoon shift. It’s like if she does not want to be there and has an attitude. That’s why I always go to the new Starbucks on 5th street going forward.
Probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.... If I could put negative stars I would. Worst employees, hardly have any ingredients for anything other than the basic Starbucks crap almost no snacks. And seats/tables are almost always full of students....
08/22 Horrible service the female taking orders at the speaker not friendly, not polite definitely the company needs to keep in mind that people go grab coffee in the morning to start the day and no one wants to start the day with someone giving you attitude for having a question about a product
