How is the store open at 5am and filthy by 6am there is no way. That means closers didn’t clean the lobby. Customers shouldn’t be penalized because owners/management do not want to hire and schedule a team. Lobby should be clean always. It’s not impossible stop scheduling 1 person to do everything.
Has rude staff when trying to explain how our order was messed up last night and the staff giggled and ran away the acting supervisor Michelle we spoke to had terrible customer service instead of listening to a complaint of the poor service we received she refused service to us. All we wanted was a coffee remake. Which as people that were visiting this establishment for 2-5 drinks each visit on a several times a month is not a big ask.
