Everytime i get a drink i ask for light ice, because i don’t like a lot of ice in my coffees or drinks, the past TWO times ive gone they have OVER FILLED my ice. It’s not hard to do your job.
They can NEVER seem to get the caramel macchiato right on the first try. It's greatly disappointing to always have to go back. The service is always good, though.
