Love Starbucks..would love it more if they gave me what I wanted
Nice people, clean space, however, the new seating renovation offers limited table space for guests, and the internet at this location is VERY bad. It's slow, and unstable, and most days won't connect. I really hope they fix it, I like studying at Starbucks but may have to switch to Panera Bread instead.
Hello, I ordered a couple of items off the menu and I had forgotten to include water and a pup cup for my dog (it’s a very hot summer day). I had already picked up my items that I had purchased. I just had to go back inside to order a pup cup and the water. Upon asking for those at the counter, I am rudely told by the staff that I can’t order two free things. First of all, I didn’t even know they were free items, second of all I will GLADLY pay for these items, and third of all why the judgmental voice? This is not okay.
