I ordered a matcha latte. They didn't even bother mixing the match power. It had so many chunks and tasted really bad. Very very disappointed
I went to our local Starbucks today. I pre ordered 2 cold beverages and when we arrived they weren’t ready. No one greeted us upon arrival. I also needed a gift card so I got what I needed and waited at the register for at less 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was waiting. In the meantime one of my two drinks appeared. Didn’t get the order right even after asking for clarification. The order was two different drinks right off the menu nothing special. I was born and raised here. I speak clearly I don’t get why people can’t complete a basic order. It’s so annoying every time you go out just to get a coffee somebody can’t even make that right that’s why I just make coffee at home most of the time but I just wasted half an hour and 15 bucks and I am only disappointed
Wonderful smell and interior design! Coffee cups are beautiful and ordering is a fun game!
I understand it's Xmas Eve..but I was in there today ordered a drink and croissant and I stood there for 25 min without anyone acknowledging if I was waiting for anything before I gave up , ate the money and left.. eventually I had to go back to work..not the first time this has happened there..I guess it's my fault for being fooled twice
