I went to this Starbucks. Cashier was incredibly polite but made a mistake on my order. No problem. I mentioned this to another worker named Jess who remade my order apologized, and even offered to refund me the difference. I said it was OK. Jess was very professional and respectful. I saw how the other employees were interacting with customers and they are quick,friendly and happy to work (at least thats what they show). Great Starbucks to go to for sure!
Asked for An ice Coffee gave me it hot and said this how It comes. Doesn’t tell me and take my $4. Thru have slipped and I am deleting my app
