Waited an hour with no sorry and terrible service!
The employee's attitude at this place is ridiculous. Order my drink ahead at about 11:10AM and got there at about 11:35. The app showed our order was ready to pick up but no drinks were made at all. I ask the barista when I walk in the door and she rudely said they were short staffs. I totally understood and sat there waiting for another 30 minutes. They NEVER fix my coffee right matter fact I haven't visited here in almost 2 weeks due to this! I go to the one in EastChase they are simply the best!!!
