I ordered a coffee. They forgot to add sugar. When I went back after few mins to ask for some sugar, they did not co-operate at all. They prenteded like it's my fault. So rude.
The interaction at this starbucks with 3 separate partners was not showing the best of what starbucks is. When pulling up yo the window at first glance I thought the barista seemed nice, however once we expressed our concern that a. The foam is not foam (it was regular sweet cream that was either left out too long or just not made properly) b. The drink had little to no ice( was a shaken espresso that was only supposed to have regular ice which if trained properly they would know it's 90% of the drink with a splash of milk) ... read more
