The staff is awesome, the store is too small to handel the amount of traffic
I drink Starbucks a lot (loyal customer) to the point that I know what my drinks should taste like. I pay for the extras and this location failed to honor that. I am disappoint the they don’t take the time to read the specific detailed orders.
This starbucks is conveniently located next to the Virginia square metro station. The service here is very slow though. Store associates have no sense of urgency. I've placed several mobile orders in the morning before heading to the station. And it's 50/50 whether or not my order is ready at the time the app says it will. And even when it is ready, I can see my breakfast sandwich sitting next to the oven rather than at the pick up counter. And I've had to tell baristas that that's my order so they can fetch it for me. Very friendly and easygoing. Okay service overall.
In Sunday morning 7:30am I ordered 2 coffee traveler. It was waiting time 18 minutes. But after 30 minutes I still waiting my order for pick up and wasted time.
