I’ve been coming to this location regularly for years. Even up to twice a week at times. Over the past year this place has gone totally downhill in their customer service and in their drink quality. Every time I order an iced latte with cold foam, without fail, it is completely watered down. This drink is around $8 and completely undrinkable. This Starbucks is a great location as we're going through town. Always great service and coffee.
I visit here every weekend morning to get breakfast to-go. It was exceptionally busy this morning, so I patiently waited for my coffee after paying. Knowing there were several orders ahead of mine, I took a seat and waited. About 15 minutes later, a staff member personally brought my coffee to me and gave me a Service Recovery Card with a sincere apology for the wait. I was deeply touched by their kindness. They always make my drink incorrectly and I hear them gossiping about guests and purposely making their drinks wrong because they don’t like them.
