Recently went in late am, busy, and placed Order in store, didn't call my name and name not showing out, poor service. Hit or miss prefer other locations
Disappointed by early closure and unprofessional service. I arrived 25 minutes before the posted closing time of 9:30 PM, intending to order. Upon entering, two employees (miserable girl with glasses and short male with stocking on his head) were at the counter discussing who should inform me that they did not want to serve me. Taking back my good comment. Six years coming to the Starbucks this is the worst group that has worked here. With employees ignoring you and when talking to them. The old group never did this to me. Management has gone down. Don’t come here
Very low energy of all the wonderful Starbucks I have been to on the east coast. No hello, not friendly. It starts from the top down with manager
i went with my work apron and they make me feel like i was asking things for free which i wasn’t
