Not happy at all. First off, I have been going to Starbucks since they first opened. Always have a had a good product. This time was different. We ordered two mocha cookie crumbles while in a HURRY trying to get to the airport. Got down the road only to discover both of the fraps tasted like crushed ice with whipped cream. I had the BEST experience today. Maggie was on point greeting me and ensuring my wait time was minimal. Emma prepared my drink and "extra" asks perfectly! Jaden provided surburb customer service from taking my order to delivering my pastry to me with napkins! Best experience today. Thank you all!
