I’ve had two recent visits to this Starbucks, and unfortunately both experiences were negative. Both times I visited at night when there were no other customers, yet my drink was not made for quite a while. The baristas did not begin preparing my order until I was standing at the counter, clearly waiting. Only then did they start making the drink. Are you kidding? This is insane. My entire drink was ice! I finished in two sips this is robbery!!!
The frappuccinos and hot chocolates here are good. The service is fast, even on busy days. The refreshing drinks here are very good, especially after a run. I have not had any food here, so I can't say anything about that. It is a bit dirty, but that is it.
