Undoubtedly, the best Bucks in NOVA! Drive through, excellent seating motivated, friendly and exceedingly fast staff.
These days good customer service seems hard to come by. However, this morning Josiah took the time to listen to what I was looking for and making suggestions for me. He did not make me feel rushed and was very pleasant. There was a guy named Leo that used to do that for me but I haven't seen him lately. Leo even knew my preferences when I would think of something he'd say, "You won't like that because...." I hope he's still there and I'm just missing his working hours.

There is something wrong with the food here. Over the past couple years I have come here from time to time, and each visit have had the egg pesto sandwich. It tastes soapy and gross, unlike any other Starbucks location where I get this exact same sandwich. It only happens specifically with this Starbucks, and the taste is gross. I always enjoy have a drink from Starbucks with my daughter, however everytime i order from this Langton blvd location. for some reason the drink tastes horrible like the employees don’t know how to do them and just put in whatever they want. Really disappointing because it been happen so many times. I will not coming back to these place anymore.
