Cashier was very rude
I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. I asked for my drink to be made as a Venti, and instead of helping or clarifying, the employee was rude and dismissive. He basically refused to fix it and just walked away from me mid-conversation. On top of that, the service overall felt unfriendly, and the seating area wasn’t clean or comfortable.
