I had a really disappointing experience at Starbucks. I asked for my drink to be made as a Venti, and instead of helping or clarifying, the employee was rude and dismissive. He basically refused to fix it and just walked away from me mid-conversation. On top of that, the service overall felt unfriendly, and the seating area wasn’t clean or comfortable. Gave the cashier 20.00, and I had to ask for my 10.00 change. I ordered a grande latte and he made me a tall. Maybe short staffed and he's working for two.
Great Starbucks location! I usually go through the drive-thru and the staff are always smiling and very friendly. Sometimes they even write nice little messages on my cup, which really makes my day. The place is clean, including the restroom, and the store is spacious. There’s plenty of parking and it’s conveniently located near a shopping center. This is my favorite Starbucks location. Highly recommended!
The indoor seating is not conducive to sitting down to work on a laptop.
