This is the only Starbucks that’s ever told me I need to purchase something in order to acquire hot water/ice even if I’m willing to pay for the cup. Why is that? No biggie. I purchased something. But when I returned the next day, I was told I can’t get hot water because it’s a policy/safety issue. Why was I able to get hot water one day, but not the next?? Why am I able to get hot water at any other Starbucks?? I’m not returning to this location ever again
I came beck to back Saturday and today Sunday 9/28. The service so slow that Saturday he took 20 min and there are only 3 customer .. Sunday little crowd with 3 employees also took 30 min ..
The standard Starbucks experience. The baristas are quick and friendly, and is a good location to grab a coffee before heading out for the day, or as your coming back. There's a decent sized parking lot, so parking shouldn't be an issue.
I've had bad experiences there 3 times, 2 with the chubby short manager. And once, by the taller, chubby white manger, and I can honestly say none of the times were my fault just a few days ago, they told me they were going to charge me more half-and-half, and it's literally free to grab on the counter near the napkins.
