Star bucks is amazing in mccall i come here every day for my cold brew best cold brewed in the town. And the best service ever. Even better than the ones in Boise. Love that we have a Starbucks in mccall

Unfortunately, the employee on shift was quite passive aggressive, and discretely rude. A group of 6 arrived at 7:02, 28 minutes before closing. The employee refused service to a singular member of our group due the the fact that he was indecisive The coffee also stinks. The milk was curdling in an iced macchiato, the espresso was poured directly over ice, shocking the coffee and making the drinks taste sub par. Today was my first time ever visiting this Starbucks and I wanted to give a shout out to the great customer service i received today, the cashier was Nancy and she was so great and very helpful at the register, love that and when I went to grab my drink, let me just start off with the gal who gave me my drink, she was so friendly, had a great conversation while she was making my drink, her name is Alisha, my drink was great, I am very thankful for kindness given to me at this location and I will definitely return, thank you ... read more
Shannon S who was our cashier was VERY RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY. We watched her interact with the customers before us and she was very sweet and smiled but not towards the older lady before us or us. We will not be returning back to this Starbucks.
