I ordered a Pink Drink, and at first they made it in the wrong size, which I didn’t really mind. But when they remade it, it was basically just water and didn’t even look like a Pink Drink( the color is white) The foam wasn’t good either.
The staff is amazing, very helpful and courteous. Screwed up my order and they were very calm, helpful and accommodating. Home feeling. Thanks.
I feel bad to leave this review and it is rare that I do, but this experience was particularly unpleasant and I will not recommend this store. The attitude of the employees was terrible, my drink was made wrong, and the barista on register seemed very overwhelmed and confused even though there were only 2 other people in the lobby. The drink is one of the most popular ones so I’m surprised it was poorly made and missing 2 customizations as well as having the wrong milk. All the employees there are so lovely EXCEPT the new manager shana which has really brought establishment to ruin. Everytime I go in there while she is working the place is a mess and is also very disrespectful at times. It genuinely upsets me how this Starbucks was completely fine in the past and recently it’s just not. I hope there is some type of action taken to revive this place.
