Ladies this morning were awesome . They were friendly, funny and light . It was needed this morning , just wanted to say thank you for the positivity. I love my Cofee with a side of happiness
I’m really impressed with the customer service at this Starbucks. While reading here for about 30 minutes, I’ve observed the staff consistently greeting regulars by name and new customers with warm welcomes. The overall vibe is very welcoming. It’s clear that if there were previous issues, they’ve done a good job addressing them today.
Rude manager. I’m a customer and they did not give me the bathroom code they told me order first wow. Bathroom is a necessary and it has to be reported to the permit office
Water is supposed to be free everywhere but when we went in there for a cup of water, the barista turned us away saying water is for paying customers only! I felt it was because we were POC. Completely unacceptable! Do better Starbucks.
