Good people working there
I frequent this Starbucks as a customer fairly often, as I live in the area. I also am a former Starbucks employee, alma mater the Lafayette location on Mt.Diablo Blvd. Just last week, I was out for a walk, and asked for a water, and they refused, saying only paying customers are allowed water (which I normally am). They also wouldn't allow me to use the restroom. I was very disappointed...As I recall, customer service was a big deal for this company back in the day
