The drive thru wait is abysmal. I ordered two drinks during a non rush hour and it took 10 minutes from Ordering at the screen to the window to get my drink.
Such a weird 21st century digital environment. The staff is apparently overrun by online orders and drive thru. The in person service is an afterthought. I know that is how the business is designed and they are doing the best they can - but I feel as tho we've already turned into robots when I go to this location.
