Terrible service, they have like 10 people working behind the counter yet they dont help you at all nor look at you. You have to stand there 10+minutes just to order something
I despise going to this Starbucks, every time I order a cold brew the foam is already melted by the time I place my order at the drive thru, clearly that staff is not spinning the foam long enough, which ruins the drink. I’m begging management to have a real conversation about this practice!!
service was great (elliot was especially nice), i got my drink super quick, and it was sooo good. this is my new main starbucks
