This one was long due.... and All I can say is that this is the most "Homely" Starbucks I have ever been to. I am addicted to this place. I find a subtle peace within the commotion here to carry out my Socio-legal Adovacacy work. Staff here makes me feel as if I m one of them. Im skipping a lot of names but other than providing exemplary service each time, Gisselle and Crissia even help me with my Spanish!!
RUDE BARISTA, blonde ponytail and glasses! Ordered two of the same cold brews same size same flavor nothing different, today at around 5PM. We’re given only one latte and my friend politely asked for the second one. The barista made a horrible face and said “It’s coming” with a stank attitude. It was a normal question to ask since they are the same exact latte why are we waiting for a second one? She also did multiple ppl orders after our first latte! On 06/28/2026 me & my husband went to Plainview center Starbucks, I asked for grande Misto while I was on the phone my husband waited for 25-30 min while all the employees were taking to each others, I was outside waiting for my husband he came out really upset I asked what happened he said his shirt got coffee stain also the misto isn’t the right one, I went inside I opened up the lid one of the employee was being really rude talking so loud & condescending ways not even apologizing & saying who stain your shirt to my husba... read more
