What 8 people working in the morning, standing for 10 minutes awaiting a single late? I can make 5 latte's at home in that time, they can't get your order right, or your name. Who would waste their time coming here? Not me.
Staff is friendly but they almost always make my coffee hot when it should be iced. Upside is I get a free hot coffee for a coworker.
