I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years and visit Starbucks almost daily, which is why this was disappointing. I placed a mobile order and waited about 30 minutes total, but my drink never appeared. It felt like the staff assumed I hadn’t picked it up, when I had actually been there waiting the whole time. In the end, I had to leave for work and never received my drink.
Very sweet and friendly staff who are very polite, don't seem to hate their jobs and take things seriously when serving customers. The barista was professional and I felt she actually cared to chat with me which is a nice change of pace as other Starbucks have lost their touch with customer service. My drink was correct each time I would come here, which is nice and the way it always should be. Music is too loud, hard to concentrate on anything.
This is how I received my Venti drink. When I called Emily said it was due to being busy. Not sure how being busy has anything to do with filling up a drink properly. This is really frustrating when you spend 6-7 and not even getting your full drink.
