Ordered at the drive-through a drink that I’ve been getting for years. Simple drink on the menu I sub the milk. After I ordered through the speaker, I had to sit through a lecture from Makayla about how I need to show them my receipt because the new generation of baristas don’t know how to make my drink and are untrained. Very rude very unprofessional.
