This place seems to consistently give people attitude, i.e. the Young Hispanic guy. This location goes above and beyond not to give a customer what they want. Outside of this one, it's almost impeccable. Why choose hatred and conflict everyday when it takes more energy? The younger manager with glasses is a recipe for how not to be a manager. The manager or supervisor with glasses is beyond rude and gives nasty attitude when ordering your drink with a Trenta Cup. When you ask them to make it correctly, i.e. this morning you get attitude. * If you made the drink correctly you wouldn't need to give attitude, nor would you have to waste a second cup. After ordering my same drink for 15 years from all different stores in all different states, I recently moved and had to switch Starbucks. For the first time, I was told it was "against Starbucks policy" to put iced espresso in a Trenta cup. Knowing this was an absolute absurd, and blatant lie since I have family that works for the company AND I've had zero problems in all the previous years, I simply ignored. The strawberry frapp. Is absolutely amazing
I tried to go here this morning, and get a some extra syrup and a cup of water after leaving the Greensboro location with a Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso. I felt the drink wasn’t sweet enough and needed one more pump. The lady said she couldn’t give me any let alone a cup of water without a purchase.
