I go to Starbucks in southbury every morning and the staff there is absolutely phenomenal and extremely accommodating. The one thing that needs to change is the straw situation. This is a very busy location and there is no reason for the staff to be handing out straws and taking them a way from making all our delicious drinks. They have them located behind the counter and not accessible to the customers. Who ever came up with this idea should 100% rethink there decision.

Starbucks was extremely clean. Nice and neat. Good atmosphere. The staff were very nice. The service was good for them being extremely busy. My food was good, my daughter's drink and her cake pop were good as well. No complaints!! I would definitely recommend this Starbucks location!! I'd give it a 9/10... A 9 out of 10!! Thank you to the staff for being so nice and kind!!
