Heather and Matt are absolute ROCKSTARS, dynamic duo! I come through often and Heather is always so pleasant on the speaker and Matt whips up the most tasty drinks. I’m always so excited when I see that they are the ones working because I know that I’m going to receive great service and a delicious drink.

I did a mobile order this morning and picked up in drive thru. Drive thru service was great. Take a drink and quickly realize there is caramel sauce lining my cup for a peppermint mocha Frappuccino . I turn around go back and go inside. Not busy inside but I stand there for a few minutes before anyone ask to help me. They all just standing around. Told lady what happened and what was wrong she took sticker to remake and was nice. Girl beside her said oh I read the ticket wrong and proceeds to make it again-correct this time.... read more
