This Starbucks is crap and sadly its the only one in Nicholasville 😕. Iced coffee is a treat I look forward to and I'm always so disappointed. The drinks are inconsistent and they fill the cups to the brim with ice. I ask for little ice and still get way too much, so I've started asking for no ice. Seem to be short staffed major of the time and wait times can be crazy long. The same girl is always the only one making drinks, even if there are other workers there. These drinks are not cheap and they need to do better.
We ordered our drinks the same way we always do, and they messed up on my wife's drink. They came back after "re-doing it," and it was still messed up. The girl at the window refused to just give us our money back, and was very rude. We waited in the drive-thru for over 20mins and didn't even get the drinks we ordered!! Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Worst Starbucks ever!!!!
I ordered a white chocolate ice frappe with no whip and it was delicious! I haven't had one in a long time and I must say the drink was wonderful! The team was friendly and looked to be enjoying their job. The furniture was a little dirty and could either use a cleaning and/or updating. Overall a good place to get a cup of joe!
