I ordered 2 drinks from the drive thru. The lady that took my order was very nice. However, getting my drinks took a VERY long time. I think the barista either forgot to make them or was busy making Internet orders. In the end, one drink I ordered was correct, but the other was a tall when I actually ordered and paid for a grande. After waiting so long, it wasn't worth going back in to get the correct drink. It's a bummer because drinks are too expensive to get cheated out of what you paid for.
Don't bother to go. The last few times I've gone there they've been closed inside. I think I'm going to just stop going.
It took 20 minutes for a frappe ordered inside and they didn’t remember my sandwich. Then blamed me and said someone else must have taken it. And they got my name wrong. I was late for an appointment waiting for my order.
