Sorry to say, but just ordered a cold $5+ drink and it was served to me in a cup smaller than a tiny coffee cup, filled with ice. 4 sips it was gone. That’s over $1.50 a sip? Then the falafel sandwich was in a wrap so small it was about 1/2 the size of my palm. Is this normal? I have never ordered these things at this location. Also, you really can’t tell it’s open. Maybe the downsizing would not need to be so major if customers could tell you are open so you could double your profit? Maybe an open flag and a starbucks flag ... read more
