Worst Starbucks in Kona. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive. They constantly get orders wrong and get angry when you ask them to fix them. Half the time they don't even ask your name. I am always polite and tip. Many of my coworkers come here on a regular basis and always met with nasty attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you hate your jobs, find new ones! And clean yourselves up a little.. they often look sloppy.
it's a regular Starbucks but you can look at the ocean and sip your drink.
Great service
I don’t expect a lot from Starbucks but the staff here are some of the rudest I’ve ever witnessed. They don’t smile. Barely even say hello. Clearly don’t want you there, and don’t want to be there either. The harbor is night and day. This store needs to be shut down or a complete change in staff.
