Don't bother to go. The last few times I've gone there they've been closed inside. I think I'm going to just stop going.
It took 20 minutes for a frappe ordered inside and they didn’t remember my sandwich. Then blamed me and said someone else must have taken it. And they got my name wrong. I was late for an appointment waiting for my order.
Stopped by the Starbucks across from Walmart in Kona hoping to find one of the Hawaii-style reusable venti cups (the single ones, not the bulk packs — my favorites!). They didn’t have any this time, but the visit was still great. My coffee was perfect, the store was super clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s a convenient, easy stop whether you’re shopping nearby or just looking for a good caffeine fix.
