Stopped by the Starbucks across from Walmart in Kona hoping to find one of the Hawaii-style reusable venti cups (the single ones, not the bulk packs — my favorites!). They didn’t have any this time, but the visit was still great. My coffee was perfect, the store was super clean, and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s a convenient, easy stop whether you’re shopping nearby or just looking for a good caffeine fix. They are always very friendly and kind here and service is quick and with aloha. Today my bacon egg bite was missing all the bacon, and they replaced it with a smile. Great service and good coffee!
Worst Starbucks in Kona. The staff is extremely rude and dismissive. They constantly get orders wrong and get angry when you ask them to fix them. Half the time they don't even ask your name. I am always polite and tip. Many of my coworkers come here on a regular basis and always met with nasty attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you hate your jobs, find new ones! And clean yourselves up a little.. they often look sloppy.
