Waited in drive thru for over 30 minutes. I would have left but we made our order online and was paid for. I do NOT recommend this location. They need to either get more employees or re-train the ones you have. Just awful for a starbucks
Clean, friendly service and great coffee. Americono was perfect for an afternoon pick me-up.
Paid five dollars for the jalapeno chicken pocket, something smaller than a breakfast pop tart, and is the epitome of frozen food. Requested a grande raspberry mocha frappuccino no whip, after waiting 12 minutes, it came with whip, and then they wanted to short my change. She asked if it was okay and I said no, they could pay me an extra five cents if they don't have these pennies and no signage . She shrugged her shoulders and asked again, "but is it really okay?"
