I come here very often. Today i came through drive thru. Order my drink. Pull up to the window, good morning I say, person hands me a straw. No good morning nothing. Scans my app. Hands me my drink. Just as you would expect! Neat, Clean, Friendly. I ordered and paid on the app from around 4 blocks away. When I walked in I had enough time to pull the chair out and sit, and my order was ready.
First I’d like to say these girls are super friendly & usually write cute things on your drink which is so fun & makes my day. But today I had placed an online order to be picked up inside. The app said my order was ready so I went inside and checked the pickup area. When I saw my drink was not ready I waited patiently as I assume they just said it was “ready” to hit their wait time.
