Update imagine giving someone rotten strawberries and I’ve never had a problem with any other Starbucks I’ve been to, if you order extra pumps in your coffee they will charge you for the extra pumps just to only put 3 pumps in, it’s not hard to give people what they pay for. (they like to be skimpy with there caramel syrup.) Never in my life have I been asked to pull out of the drive thru at any Starbucks, because my order was made wrong. Well the other day this location gave me an iced matcha with pistachio foam and I ordered the Dubai chocolate foam matcha. So they asked me to pull out of the drive thru, mind you when I pulled up to the drive thru I'd sat there for a while and didn't move for a while before I even got to the order screen.
