Never in my life have I been asked to pull out of the drive thru at any Starbucks, because my order was made wrong. Well the other day this location gave me an iced matcha with pistachio foam and I ordered the Dubai chocolate foam matcha. So they asked me to pull out of the drive thru, mind you when I pulled up to the drive thru I'd sat there for a while and didn't move for a while before I even got to the order screen. The barista was so friendly and nice!
I go to this Starbucks every single day and order the same drink, and occasionally a sandwich. The employees here are truly amazing. They are always welcoming, friendly, and actually take the time to start conversations with you — which honestly makes my day more than they probably realize.
