Always feel welcomed when I come into the store! The girls that work here are super friendly and our order is always right on point
Editing my comment from always friendly to the staff seemed annoyed when my drink was not make correctly. I told the barista thank you after she gave it to me and she pursed her lips and turned away.
I went thru the drive thru twice in the last two days. And well the drive thru lady was very rude. Shelter saying my card wouldn’t work when I had money. So I gave her a different one. I came back earlier that day after my hospital shift and I used that card and it worked just fine. I went at 5:30am again today same lady and she only was swiping my card and said the same thing. Snotty girl. JADE. I Doordash ALOT to this particular location (Daily in the early am) & never had an issue. Infact one of my fav spots for date night. But went in yesterday for an early dash. Tried a sample & she almost smacked my hand. Advised me that was for paying customers ONLY also so are the bathrooms & water. WOW! OK. Good to know. I will visit the Hyvee location for my personal visits which is couple times A WEEK! If that is the new store policy you may want to post that near your FREE samples. WOW!
