First of all, I placed a mobile order early in the morning and when I arrived to the store there were no other customers inside and only one car in the drive thru. My drink was not prepared until 10 minutes after ordering, again this was not during a busy period. Also from now on, I need Starbucks and all store managers to be aware of this.
