Worst customer service ever. I waited so long to pick up my food and they keep ignoring me and the other guy. My food was ready and they don’t even care at all.
Awful Starbucks very very poor experience I do not recommend
It's a real shame that this Starbucks establishment isn't better than it is because it's in a prime location - right smack in the middle of downtown White Plains. It's literally the only business on the plaza space, which is on a corner and it shares with benches & the fountain, as well as the end of Mamaroneck Avenue. The glass structure is appealing. This is my go to place for a morning cup of coffee when I travel in for work. Always friendly and quick. Coffee always tastes fresh.
