Went through the drive-thru w/ 1 car behind me that pulled up after I received half my order. But because upper mgmt wants them to cut down on window time, I couldn’t wait at the window for the rest of order & was told to wait in the front of the store. Which was 1 cold brew & a pastry, btw. Not 7 Frappuccinos & 10 breakfast sandwiches. Instead of focusing on efficiency INSIDE the store, they’re just there to get you outta the line quickly. Coffee doesn’t taste like coffee anymore. I used to love the banana bread here and now it doesn’t taste good, it seems Starbucks is going down in quality, at least for me.
