I so 9 people walk out because the wait is over 15 minutes just to order
I don’t know who is making these coffee drinks around 8-11am on Sunday mornings but PLS re-train whoever it is. It doesn’t matter which coffee drink I order (hot or iced) the espresso shots are always mad BITTER and clearly burnt. I gave it a few tries hoping it was just a one time thing but it’s been consistently awful and it does not taste this bad at other Starbucks locations. I ended up calling corporate for the first time this morning and requested a refund because I had to toss my drink after a few sips. Not to mention... read more
