Went in and ordered 3 drinks with a ham and swiss on baguette. We got our drinks and had us waiting for 30 mins while 3 baristas were cleaning the cold bar and chatting most of the time. When i went up to cancel and get a refund, it was only then i was advised that they were out of ham and swiss on a baguette.
this was my first time at this location and definitely the last. I’ve recently been into the banana bread matcha latte and I got two today. while I was waiting for my drink the workers were all sniffing what seemed to be the cold foam they were about to put in my drinks with a concerned and disgusted look on their faces. when I did finally get my drink after a while, the cold foam was sooo bad. Amazing staff, b word for a manager.
Manager is rude and sarcastic. A complete disappointment for a store leader. SMH. He needs tobtake his frustrations elsewhere
