I had a mobile order. Ordered at 4:19, arrived at the drive thru 6 minutes later, received the order at 4:50. There was only one car in front of me, they ordered a vanilla frappe and it took 16 minutes to get it to them. Then, when we pulled up to the window, we saw our drinks (that said they were ready on the app at 4:30) just sitting there. This has to be THE WORSE Starbucks. I have been there a couple times and it has gotten worse which is practically impossible but they managed to get worse. I went today July 5 in the late morning thinking the wait would be minimal. Went through the drive thru ordered Trnta Ice Coffee. two cars in front of me. Awesome not. Waited 7 minutes for first car then waited another 5 minutes when I got to the window I waited 2 minutes no acknowledgement.
