This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Service is extremely slow, and the drip coffee tastes worse than at other locations. They’ve messed up my order multiple times and act like it’s just because they’re busy instead of taking accountability. I’ve been stuck in the drive-thru for 15 minutes while writing this review. Definitely not coming back.
Was on a long road trip home. Decided to stop here because there were food options nearby. Pulled up at 7:36 thinking I made it in time. Staff was turning off the lights and locking the door. I get a couple of minutes early, but this was ridiculous. Will not try again. Edit: Scroll through all the reviews and see how many are one star for customer service! It’s like this place doesn’t even want to be open.
Very disappointing. I can’t believe there is a Starbucks store in the U.S. where you can’t even get a cup of hot water without making a purchase. I had already purchased from this store on a workday, and this was the first time I’ve ever experienced something like this. This feels completely against Starbucks’ stated values. It’s hard not to feel that profit matters more than basic kindness. I honestly can’t imagine how “delicious” food can be made without heart.
