Staff at this location and especially the manager, Jess, are the some of the most genuine, authentic, friendly, and helpful people.
Honestly I only go to this location because it's near my job, but man would I wish an actual standalone was near. Everytime I go, my drinks are half a** made and never fully made right. I'll ask for cinnamon sprinkle topping and it'll just be the ground cinnamon which is different. Starbucks always seemed like they trained all their people to a point you should expect a drink to look the exact way no matter the location.
