Waited forever at a half-empty Starbucks, despite ordering in advance, only to be charged for a paper bag to hold all their little bags. First time being nickel-and-dimed for the privilege of carrying my overpriced pastries. Nice.
Orders should not take 15 mins during slow mornings, manager hit the gym you’re barely moving you can’t be that lazy
My absolute favorite Starbucks location!!! I have been going to this location for about two years. The staff greets me by name and are always extremely warm & welcoming. I always notice them doing their best when it gets busier even when customers aren’t so nice. My morning coffee is the most important part of my day and I can always trust this Starbucks to never let me down. This has to be the slowest moving, no hustle, could care less kind of Starbucks I’ve ever been too. None of the staff have any sense of urgency, they’re always behind. Even with a lobby packed with people, no one in here cares to work just a smidge faster. Many of us are trying to go to work and I’ve seen and had to walk out before getting my order because it’s taking 30-45 minutes since I placed the order to completion.
