Starbucks #6391 West Buckingham road location. I was there at 7:42 am for a gallon of coffee. Received service with a smile and they managed to get it out to me in 10 minutes with sweeteners, milk, cups with lids. When ready they addressed me by name and handed it to me. Much better service than the Plano Rd location #59521, I went to yesterday who took 30 minutes they put it on the counter, didn't call my name had I not been watching it would have taken longer. They didn't include sweeteners.
I visited the Starbucks at 2128 Jupiter Rd, Garland around 8:30 PM today, and I was very disappointed with the service. The staff was unwelcoming, and the barista who helped me looked unhappy and unfriendly when I came in. It made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Also, the restroom was dirty and not maintained well, which was surprising for a Starbucks location. I usually enjoy visiting Starbucks, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope management can improve the customer service and cleanliness at this store.
