Unfortunately I have to share my experience. I love Starbucks, this was just an isolated experience. Employees talking on headsets, very poor customer service. I had a long wait for my online order, 10-15 minutes. Whatever their conversation was about, it didn’t belong in the workplace.
I’ve come to this location many times with the expectation that previous bad service was due to some unusual circumstance. I have received incorrect drinks. Been the only one in the drive thru and waited 15 minutes for my drink. Other times I have waited at the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged, finally a lady comes to the window (while having a conversation to a friend on her phone), I make the payment for my order and then wait another five minutes just to have another employee come to the window and ask for p... read more
This is the best location of any Starbucks that I've been to. The management is stellar. Danny and Sonny are running the show in this place and have absolutely exemplary people skills. I can go to multiple Starbucks in the region, but I choose to drive out of my way to go to this one whenever I have time to sit down to have coffee due to the great conversation that I get from these guys.
