Why is this bux always dirty? 7 folks behind the counter. But they cant wipe down a table or clean the floor?
Only two staff work and you wait 10 minutes to place an order and no one cares. It’s literally a big disappointment. It doesn’t even deserve a star.
i am custmor to day monday JUL 14 ot side people's use cigarettes it is very bad on the Pito the manager not control these people because of this reason I can't able to sit outside on the Pito need attention and clean area from cigarettes thanks so much
Service was horrible , waited half an hour for drinks when they weren’t even busy. The girl looking completely stupid taking her sweet time complaining the whole time. This store freaking sucks. Drove to the Starbucks down the road on Plano to get everything remade because the drinks were horrible and the manager came out telling us that we were the 5th people who’ve come in that same day complaining about them. Thank you starbucks on plano road. You guys are amazing unlike this location.Dont even bother with them.
