The frappes are totally terrible. They're like ice-uccino's, for $3.99 McDonald's does way better. (I just drive to Starbucks. Get a dopio espresso & dump it in. Good to go)

Worst customer service EVER!!! These two young ladies need to be retrained IMMEDIATELY! They both have horrible customer service and really should be fired for the way they looked at me decide to ignore me for over 10 mins and stood in front of me acting as if I didn’t exist but greeted and helped every other person that walked in. I hate to make it a race thing but I really hope that wasn’t the case. Ruth and Savanah and Jen all suck. learn some customer service and take care of the baristas. back to school week sucks here! losing another loyal customer. RALLY POINT COFFEE IS BETTER!!!!!!
