This Starbucks is the wordy! Absolutely horrible service!
i’ve been meaning to make this post for awhile now. tldr; this store is going downhill. switch to dutch bros or dunkin. i started going here when i moved to el paso, which was about 6 months after this store opened. the store manager neshell was so kind! i found friendships in the supervisors on duty. The lady Savanah is a joke. She seems so clueless whenever she helps us. She acts like she knows what she’s doing but she talks to us like she’s desperate to be right or only to make us buy something more. Like if I already said no, stop pressuring me for more. Savanah needs to be more understanding. Big thumbs down. Maybe her manager can train her how to be a compassionate person and not a money hungry person.
