Star bucks coffee is average. But the staff is so professional and kind all the time. And there is no restroom for customers.
I waited like 20/30 minutes for tea lid wasn't closed properly tea completely spilled all over me. First and last time coming here!
I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes for my bacon egg bites and still don’t have them. There is a line of angry customers waiting - unacceptable wait time.
I don't understand why it is taking 20+ minutes to make 2 drinks when there is no there is no one in line waiting for an order. Instead the staff are taking their time talking to each other; and when asked I for an update, I still have 2 orders in front of me?? **Update: Received drinks at 3:53pm, 30 minutes after I placed the order. Graciously I received an "I'm sorry for the wait"
Just about the worst service ever for an overpriced mediocre coffee. Very rude baristas. Common sense is not common! Serving a HOT drink with no sleeve, then ignoring a customer when asking for one, as if i didn't PAY for my drink is beyond me. last time i visit this location.
