Loved my experience minus the short rude manager, He has a stank attitude and is constantly rolling his eyes. its rude and unprofessional. It would be a 10/10 place with good vibes and good service if they had better management :/. Loved the cashiers and the bartenders sucks that they have to deal with such shitty management

I enjoy going to starbucks for one specific drink all the time and occasionally I will indulge in a pastry. I ordered my pastry on the app, not warmed. However once I went in the store I went to the register and reiterated the ordered I placed and emphasized ”Not to warmed it”. After waiting for almost 15 minutes. I see the cashier place the pastry I ordered in the oven. I literally said to myself “No one is that yours after I spoke with her, of course it was my order.
