This Starbucks is where the rejected workers end up. How u never have cold brew in the am, super hood attitudes and unprofessional and just…yuck! Don’t waste your time here. Go to eastchester rd if you can.
Be prepared to wait nearly 20 minutes for your drink. Also they never have cold brew. They have no sense of urgency here. Worst starbucks i have been to.
Terrible service experience at this location today. I am a regular and have never witnessed service soooooo bad. I was refused service by Eli and was given a nasty attitude from the other employee the entire time. That will be the last time I come to this location.
