The entire purpose of ordering ahead is to have my items there when I arrive. Fully understand that the place gets busy in the morning, but the person making my drink — despite knowing that I had five minutes until my train arrived — spent that full five minutes chatting with another customer. So glad the place got a facelift, now can we improve the customer service?
This is the 3rd time I come here and the server is nasty mean and if I didn't know better makes my coffee wrong and laughs. I usually come 3 a day they know us by name except this chick. Rude I spend $ 10 fo a coffee over and over . Grande capp skim xtra shot splenda no splenda last time no milk Sorry I won't be coming back. Carlos out!!
“I really love this location and usually come here because the staff is so respectful and welcoming. However, I’ve had continuous issues with one specific employee. I honestly don’t care if she doesn’t smile at me, likes me, or is being prejudiced—my main issue is that she ruins my coffee every single time.
