Great atmosphere and Crew. Love that Donna! She makes my day!
This place is so incredibly slow. They are blissfully unaware of their client base’s need to get in and get out. They just mosy around back there, unless you’re getting the most basic of coffees expect to wait 15-20 minutes for a drink. It’s ridiculous. They don’t check in with you, you have to approach them. They’re otherwise nice, but for SEVEN staff behind the counter they’re slow.

It’s Thursday August 20th 11:35 am and I just received the worst service. Not only did I have to continuously repeat my order but I also had to correct the guy. He kept forgetting my items once I arrived at the window then the girl making the coffee was nasty because SHE made my order incorrectly.
