Sometimes, we all need reminders of how kind people can be, particularly during this time of year. Waited 15 minutes to be told icey machine is off ,while it has lights on and no sign that is not working or in use or whatever.Thanks for wasting my life,people who work there are like zombies,no smile ,no happiness ,just dreadful bunch,don't need all that in my life ,thank you.
I was in this location last week and was not sure about posting this review, but after pondering for a period of time, I have decided I should. I have visited this specific Starbucks numerous times, and always have the best service from the Baristas, and the drinks are fantastic. Last week, I found a "manager" berating employees right in front of customers. They looked terrified. This was not only embarrassing to the staff, but to the customers as well. Starbucks is so amazing they try newer things to on menu their positive make some great coffee have other good sandwich’s and stuff to friendly very helpful staff atmosphere good to their great for community
poor service to Hispanics It takes a long time to prepare an order and they deliver it wrong.
Their great honest workers have positive warm welcome staff friendly clean stragglers so helpful they get your orders right their great for a community

I’ve never saw none rude out the way or mean saw some very busy they had warm personality serving I know they ask people wait in line others b are ahead never rude
Starbucks has pleasant warm greetings their staffs so friendly make great cup coffee and other items their a great experience
