5 Stars all the way for Redmond North. Exemplary Customer Service. Surpasses expectation of experience where capable dispite big corp limitations. Community rich experience. Unfortunately even hot coffee can't warm the big corp powers hearts, as we lose this Sbux and many others today, the day big coffee burned me and I gave up big coffee. May we remember the community that was Bella Bottegas Redmond North and those who've been a part of it.
This Sbux is amazing, their staff is so friendly while still being genuine. I don't know how they do it honestly. Its a wonderful place to sit down and give yourself a few minutes to gather your thoughts and live in the moment, for a moment anyway. This store is so welcoming and I enjoy a friendly chitchat getting to know these multifacited baristas and about their outside interests, who knew I'd meet a lovingly dedicated bearded dragon dad who spends his off time updating his beloved reptiles habitat. It’s a hit or miss with this location. I’ve gotten food from here only a handful of times. A couple weeks ago I did a pick up order and waited 15 minutes past my pick up time. And while I was waiting, I heard a customer mention that she was missing a a cookie in her order. Apparently the cashier missed to put it in. I got a delivery order today and they prepped my drink iced instead of hot.
