It's very sad, when you think you're a regular customer at your neighborhood Starbucks , buying coffee and Beagles everyday!! when you asked for a restroom code at 6:40 pm, you been told you have to buy something !!! And I'm a regular customer, I really can't drink any coffee or eat any sweet at this time of day !! the response you have to purchase !! Starbucks sees me as $$$$$$ not a valued customer.
Nasty costumer service from the new girl, super rude and attitude! Also they messed up my order and try to blame me, never coming back here.
It is simply unacceptable to place an order for just a single coffee and have to wait half an hour—especially when there are only six people present—and to have to deal with the manager's terrible attitude.
