I have to edit and dock this place. The last three days, their crew has become slow and they keep closing early. Stick to consistent hours!
Great customer connection at handoff. They did need a good lobby spin but they did not look staffed for what they had coming in. Nonstop line.
The employees this morning were super nice. There was one, I believe his name was Scott, he was super friendly. I had told him I was a starbucks employee from Salem, Oregon and he welcomed me to California with the biggest smile and gave me my items for free. I'm out here visiting family and had gone inside with my little cousin, I brought him there so he could try the ube macchiato and the berry blondie. It was the nicest interaction I've ever had.
