I waited almost 10 mins for ready order! So ridiculous they didn’t pack the bag!
Morning always slow service. Last week I had to wait 30 mints to get a cappuccino , they were making wrong drinks, correcting names in between orders making different drinks on request from the side. It was a mess ! I was late to work as well ! I understand it may get busy for them as well in the morning. But they don’t bother, they move extremely slow and make people wait forever ! I started going different location now .
Every time try to come here to give them a benefit of doubt THEY DISAPPOINT. I requested a tall strawberry matcha with extra foam, you think I received that, NO. What they did was upgraded my tall to a grande and said they gave me more. All they did was increase the amount of coconut milk and ice. The creamy foam was lose and it was not extra.
