Just had to take a minute to share a great experience I had at Starbuck in North Babylon today. A big thank you to the manager Lou for welcoming and engaging with the customer's. The staff were kind and friendly as well making the customers laugh. It truly made my day. The manager clearly leads by example and creates a positive work environment. It is always nice to visit a place where staff genuinely care about making customers feel appreciated. Also, my coffee came out great. Awesome job to all.
