I’m a returning customer and they ALWAYS take so long. I’ve waited for my order 20 minutes at times. I’ve had to walk out without my food. They just do not staff properly. And when it is staffed no one seems to have a sense of urgency. It’s really frustrating when you count on things being ready. Especially when you order so far in advance.
Places stays busy, but the service is always good
Such a slow starbucks whether you are in store or drive thru you’ll be waiting for 10 minutes. They more people that come the slower these people move.
No greeting, makes you wait 15-20 minutes just to order, I can hear them laughing on the headset they turn on by accident and then goes silent for five more minutes without acknowledging the drivers at the drive thru
Ordered cold brew, there was milk a great worker made me a new one but it didn’t hit like always it was ok this time. You guys shouldn’t burdenize your staff
