I arrived, said good morning, and while there were 4 baristas in the place, none replied or even come to take my order. Literally waited 12 minutes and had to ask if I had to or get through the drive thru to be served.
I was asking for a Venti shaken espresso, and she proceeded to give me a tall one. Then I asked for a Venti again at the checkout window and she decided to give me attitude and talk to the other associate about me and then gave me an ugly look when we were leaving she had unicorn ears on and was very rude
Just visited this location.. I don’t remember the ladies name but it was Thursday night at 7:30 and she made two drinks to perfection the best drink I’ve ever had made here and it’s def not an easy drink we will find out her name to give her a special shout out
