My paper cup was damaged at the top, so the lid did not fit snuggly, so my mocha dribbled over my good shirt. Not only was my shirt stained, but I had to stop traveling and park to finish my drink. I called the store, and they acknowledged they've been having this issue with many of their cups. So if they know about this issue, why don't they fix it?

Small shop near the Safeway. When we first tried to find the location our Google almost took it right past it but we found it. A cold brew and hot chocolate for the road.
