Super slow service. Short staffed. Dont know how machines work.
I've been coming to this location for about six months now, and it is quickly going down hill. Twice now I've been given attitude, once for asking for the bathroom code, and a second time my order was incorrect and instead of fixing it, I was told sorry as she walked away. Good thing there are other locations to choose.
This store is usually good and gets my drinks correct but today- Not. If I ask for Extra Cf and Standard ice in a Grande drink why do some baristas assume it’s Okay to adjust the drink thinking I’d be happy with less ice so I get more of the drink….I didn’t ask for it. With the ice adjustment the extra foam sinks to the bottom. Why offer customizations if they don’t even follow it!
