Drove through the drive-through today. I did glance at the board after my order but I didn’t look at the total and I drove up to the window and she just stood there so I said I’m so sorry I don’t know the total and she replied “oh I said it twice so I thought you heard me it’s $16.23.” You know, people are busy and I just asked for the total, there’s no need for a nasty attitude when you are choosing a particular business to purchase from. There are many coffee shops in the area and I will just go to those.
I only go for my wife's coffee fix. I refuse to tip after doing your job. Starbucks should pay better if they keep forcing a tip. Support local.
