I did not catch the name of the man handling the drive-through area of the Starbucks. However, he was very patient and understanding, even explaining what was in some of the coffee drinks. When we pulled up to the window to pick up our beverages, he was especially pleasant with a big smile and very helpful. Excellent customer service from this gentleman.
Love the iced matcha latte! Please bring back the lavender cold foam all year round! Prices are high but it's an addiction!
