A lovely young woman named Samantha with a voice smoother than a venti caramel macchiato was the voice that greeted me at the drive thru ordering intercom. It was so delightful to hear an inviting, smooth voiced, real person asking how she could help me. It was seriously the high point of this beautiful Autumn Sunday.
