This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the Twin Cities, but after this experience I will never return. I ordered my usual coffee and when I got to the drive-thru window, the employee told me another customer had mistakenly taken my drink but had come back and returned it. Everytime I order from here the food is hot and ready, I usually order a sandwhich and in the span of time Its done. It used to be easy to walk up there to the vernon shops but now its a little tough since vernon avenue bridge replacement.
I literally called them and they literally hanged up on my daughter and me
