Laura is amazing and her energy is so nice and she is so kind! I felt kinda bad for her because the gal she was working with had such a sour attitude. Anyways I didn’t realize that the drink I ordered normally comes cold and when I questioned it, Laura was more than happy to remake it the way I wanted and just let me know in such a kind way that moving forward I need to request for it to be hot. My drink was delicious too!
I drove through on Saturday morning 8/30 around 11:30 for a mobile pick up. I was having the worst morning. The person working the window was so joyful that it was contagious! Thank you for the pick me up!!
I recently went back to this Starbucks location after over a decade. It is definitely upgraded and more modern looking but I preferred the quaintness and additional space of the old space. They also play music here now which might be nice for the employees but not preferable to patrons like me. The drinks and service were great but I would not recommend this location if you plan to hangout and have a good conversation. I guess one could say the atmosphere just wasn't my cup of tea. I love the staff here. I go out of my way to stop here for that reason alone. Jada was very helpful & professional!
