I came through the drive-through and asked for some extra strawberry base, which I was happy to pay for. John, the manager responded quite rudely with a lie and said that they do not sell components of drinks separately. He stated that that was a corporate rule. He said it was a new rule that they implemented on Monday… total lie. I just got a spiced Carmel apple drink I brought it out and the cap came off and spilled all over me make sure the covers are on tight please
