My review is solely focused on the service, which is a rare occurrence. To begin with, the coffee was well-made, but the service and wait times were disappointing. After waiting over 17 minutes for my coffee, I still hadn’t received it. When I approached the barista to inquire about my order, I was rudely informed that it was in the queue and that they were running 10 minutes late. Good service and friendly staff
Really poor customer service. I keep hoping it will get better, but I'm always disappointed.
Great coffee, even for Starbucks. Open later now. 20 minutes parking right in front so you can run in and grab your drink.
I wish all Starbucks employees were as friendly and professional! Early morning or afternoon vey kind and friendly. Always clean.
