Literally had no coffee because their machine "is down". Starbucks is terrible.
The staff here is never nice. Currently, they’re out of iced and hot coffee and the shift supervisor doesn’t offer any alternative solution, just “sorry” and didn’t even look at me. 2 stars because it is clean at least.
Lot's of Ice, average service
Nothing special here. It's just that there are no good coffee shops on Kauai worth stopping at. It's just a bad Starbucks. The hours fluctuate too much and they close very early. They are infuriating
